Any student who is required to receive medication during the school day must have a parent/guardian complete a Medication Form Students are not permitted to carry medication during the school day. All medications must be registered with the nurse.

Beauty and the Beast practice TODAY is for Human Again, Belle, Beast, Big 6 and all flatware. There is a full cast practice this Saturday Jan 31st from 8am to 1pm. All cast members are required to attend. 
 
HOMEWORK CLUB
Starting Tuesday Jan 27th, we will extend the homework club days to Tuesday and Thursday. Any student needing academic assistance during the 3rd marking period may stay after school in Room 182 on Tues and Thurs. The parent and student MUST complete a homework club application and submit to Dr. Royster. Applications are available through teachers, the main office or in the lunch room.

DIAA PHYSICAL FORM INFO:

Parents/Guardian: 
The NEW UPDATED DIAA Physical form and consents form
is a five page document. Pages one, two and four require your signature before an exam can be conducted. Page five is a reference for you to keep. This physical  evaluation must be completed after April 1 of the current year playing sports and runs through June 30 of the following year. Please click the links below for documents.Students will not be permitted to try out or participate in any athletics without a physical on file with the nurse.
