It is FREE to register and park.  Families are also welcome to join us for a celebration for all HFHK walkers in pavilion #3 after the event.

8TH GRADE FORMAL DANCE - Saturday, May 9th 7pm to 10pm

Tickets will be $10 and on sale during lunch beginning Tuesday, April 28th

Students should be reminded that this is a dance not a “prom” and should dress appropriately. Boys should wear shirts and ties. Girls should not buy formal gowns; dresses are appropriate. Spaghetti straps are allowed. We encourage any student to express their concerns about a specific dress with an administrator during lunch.

Limousines, tuxedos and gowns should be saved for high school memories.

Finally, high school students are not permitted to attend. Sixth and seventh grade students may come only as the guest of an eighth grader. Students who wish to ask a friend, other than a Springer student, must adhere to the following:

·        The guest must be identified to an administrator one week prior to the dance.

·        A guest must be currently enrolled in a school as a middle school student and a guest application must be completed. Names of individuals not presently attending school will not be considered.

Administration will call the guest’s school to verify that the guest is a middle school student in good standing.
