Resources: Talley library has over 12,000 books! Talley's library also has 28 student computers, two projectors, and other technology.
Mission: The mission of the Talley Library is to enable students to develop into productive contributing global citizens. This is accomplished by providing instruction that fosters competence in information problem-solving skills, reading strategies, and projects. Students are encouraged to become creative, independent thinkers as they are exposed to a variety of media resources which expand their educational base, foster a love of reading, encourage appreciation of diversity, stimulate reflective thinking, and enrich their lives. The Talley Library collaborates and supports the staff in using a variety of teaching strategies for individual student needs and in achieving state curriculum standards and encouraging increased technology integration.
